By aligning persona-specific messaging with a $75K multi-channel strategy, the campaign balanced paid and organic levers to generate qualified opportunities, enhance sales enablement, and reinforce OneTrust’s position as a trusted partner in regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

The content syndication campaigns for OneTrust’s Third-Party Management and AI Governance solutions were designed to generate high-quality leads and accelerate pipeline growth through targeted vendor partnerships. By aligning persona-driven assets with ISMG’s precision audience targeting, the campaigns delivered over 600 MQLs across both solutions for FY26 Q1. Strategic contract negotiation lowered CPL by 25%, enabling greater scale while maintaining lead quality—ultimately reinforcing OneTrust’s presence in third-party risk and AI Governance.

Built to support OneTrust’s Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solution, this three-part webinar series guided compliance, procurement, and risk stakeholders through their TPRM maturity journey—from reactive processes to strategic programs. In partnership with Field Marketing and Product, I developed a persona- and stage-based framework to align webinar content with buyer readiness, demonstrate product capabilities, and drive pipeline. The series served as a bottom-of-funnel engine to generate demo-ready leads, arm Sales with tailored messaging, and position OneTrust as the enterprise-grade partner for scalable risk management.

Developed in partnership with Product Marketing, the five-part series aligns with the FY26 product relaunch to showcase the roles privacy, security, data, and AI leaders play in operationalizing responsible AI. Expert-led panels and targeted messaging deliver high-value education across buying groups, creating a scalable framework for mid-funnel engagement, partner collaboration, and pipeline acceleration—while reinforcing OneTrust’s leadership in enterprise AI governance.
