🎯 Strategic Positioning

When OneTrust relaunched its AI Governance solution, I partnered closely with the Director of Product Marketing to develop a webinar series that would do more than just talk about trustworthy AI—we designed a campaign that showed what it looks like in action, across every enterprise persona that has a seat at the governance table.

Together, we built the AI Committee Webinar Series: a strategic five-part program crafted to engage Privacy, Security, AI, and Data leaders—plus the executive decision-makers who bring it all together. Each session speaks to the priorities, pressures, and responsibilities of a specific stakeholder, while tying back to OneTrust’s platform and positioning.

This series is rooted in one simple truth: responsible AI requires cross-functional leadership. From privacy to security to data and AI program leads, every stakeholder has a seat at the table. Our job was to make sure each one saw themselves reflected in the story.

🧠 The Concept

This wasn’t just a content play—it was a demand gen engine disguised as thought leadership.

We structured the series to:

• Map to key AI personas that influence or own governance decisions
• Align directly with the product relaunch narrative (which we helped shape)
• Leverage our partner ecosystem by inviting SMEs to co-lead conversations
• Drive qualified leads and build mid-funnel momentum across regions and roles
